Cooperation and adaption

This project is based on an assignment I got from my teacher, but not only that it was also a great way to do something different than just writing essays. The first wish from my lovely project friends was to create something different and make it interesting. Why does it give my attention? How can i make it interesting for not just students but also, children and parents. Then how could I connect collective transport with schools in a simple way and understandable way?

We wan't better transport facilities to the schools! We'd love to hear your story about you and if your school has a poor bus service or if your travel to school is too long!

Description of the project's main problem!

A major problem for a portion of the non - local students at Ski secondary school is that the bus times do not correspond to when the school day starts and ends. The result is that some students gets up to 15 minutes late for the first class , and must go earlier from the last class to catch the last bus home . Another consequence is that some people also comes almost an hour early to school and have to wait an hour to get home .

Some bus routes we know this applies too
- 1371 Nesoddtangen from the ski station
- 921 from Hvitsten square to vestby station
- 911 from the ski station to Enebakk

Maximum limit on the length of journey one can have to the school is 15 hours per school week , ie 3 hours per school day . For pupils at Ski who live around Nesodden the travel can take up to 3.5 hours (supply / return). This is because this bus does not go directly to Nesodden , but through both ÅS and Frogn .This is an incredibly long journey , compared to that only takes 30-40 minutes to drive directly.
